Happy Monday! How was your weekend? We hope it was great. But, we know it might not have been because life is like that. It's just not always awesome. On this #MindfulnessMonday we would like to share some of our favorite tips for bringing us up when we're feeling down. They always help us and we hope they help you!
1) Play your favorite guilty pleasure song or whole album on LOUD and sing, shake, jump, dance your heart out! You just can't stay mad when Spice Up Your Life is on. You just can't.
2) Find a puppy and play with it. No explanation required. I guess if you're a cat person, a kitty will do too.
3) Eat your favorite food and really truly enjoy it. Get hot fudge on that sundae or extra cheese on that pizza. There's a reason they call it comfort food.
4) Plan a trip. It could be a totally fake trip, but just go online and start googling an amazing place you would like to go to and what you could do there. This distraction will transport your mind to a happier place.
5) Call someone who always makes you laugh. And tell them you need a good laugh :)
